Material & Corrosion Resistance
SUS304 (A2-70):
We design this grade for general industrial environments, outdoor installations, and electronic devices. Furthermore, it provides resistance to neutral salt spray for ≥48 hours.
SUS316 (A4-70):
We enhance this grade by adding molybdenum (Mo≥2%). Therefore, its chloride corrosion resistance increases by about 3×. It withstands neutral salt spray for ≥100 hours. In addition, it is ideal for marine, chemical, and high-humidity environments such as shipbuilding, coastal engineering, and medical equipment.
Mechanical Properties
The product delivers a tensile strength of ≥700MPa and a yield strength of ≥450MPa for both A2-70 and A4-70 grades. Moreover, it achieves an elongation at break of ≥12%, which ensures stable performance under heavy loads and vibration.
Design & Manufacturing Advantages
